cvkk Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the cvkk platform. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments and responsible gaming are described in detail here.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the cvkk platform and you ("User"). By accessing the cvkk website, registering an account, or using any game or service, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms. General Provisions and Definitions
1 General Provisions and Definitions
The following words and terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:
- "Platform" — The cvkk website (https://cvkk.cam) and all associated services and applications.
- "User" / "You" — Any person, registered or unregistered, on the platform.
- "Account" — The registered profile created on the platform in the user's name.
- "Balance" — The amount of money held in the account (Bangladeshi Taka / ৳).
- "Bonus" — Promotional credits or rewards granted by cvkk.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to complete a specified amount of betting before being able to withdraw a bonus.
- "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
2 Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and participate on the cvkk platform, users must meet the following conditions:
- The user must be 21 years of age or older.
- Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
- The user must provide a valid and active mobile number and email address.
- cvkk may at any time request completion of an identity verification (KYC) process.
- Using proxies, VPNs or any other method to bypass geographical restrictions is prohibited.
Account Security and Payment Policy
3 Account Security and Responsibility
The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:
- Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- If you notice any unauthorized transaction or activity on your account, notify the cvkk support team immediately.
- Always log out after accessing your account from a public or shared device.
- cvkk will never ask for your password via email or chat — treat any such message as a scam.
cvkk will not be held responsible for account misuse by third parties if it results from the user's own negligence or information disclosure.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply to financial transactions on the cvkk platform:
- Minimum Deposit: A minimum of ৳500 can be deposited via each method.
- Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum of ৳800 can be withdrawn via each method.
- Supported Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
- Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed on the account before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Only use payment accounts registered in your own name — using a third party's account may result in funds being forfeited.
- cvkk does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, the payment provider's own charges may apply.
- cvkk reserves the right to verify any transaction at any time for the purpose of detecting suspicious activity or preventing money laundering.
Bonuses and Gaming Rules
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
cvkk offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers for its users. All bonuses are governed by the following terms:
- Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times.
- Each bonus offer may come with separate terms and conditions — please read them carefully.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Bonuses may only be used to play games on the cvkk platform — use for any other purpose is prohibited.
- cvkk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Any attempt to claim the same bonus offer more than once will be treated as a breach of terms.
- Under the VIP program, weekly cashback is available at the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers.
6 Gaming Rules
The following rules must be followed when playing games on the cvkk platform:
- The outcome of all games is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) — fair play is guaranteed.
- If a technical error occurs in any game, the result of that round may be declared void and the bet will be returned.
- cvkk will not be held responsible if a game remains incomplete due to an internet disconnection.
- Attempting to gain an advantage by placing bets from multiple accounts on the same game is strictly prohibited.
- Using bots, scripts or any other automated method to play games is strictly prohibited.
- The individual terms of all game providers on the cvkk platform (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft) are considered part of cvkk's service.
Prohibited Activities and Intellectual Property
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvkk platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Participation in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
- Providing false information to unfairly claim bonus benefits.
- Attempting to damage the platform through hacking, phishing or cyber attacks.
- Attempting to collect or steal another user's account information.
- Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game.
- Attempting to reverse engineer any software or system of the platform.
- Harassing, intimidating or using abusive language toward other users.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the cvkk platform — logos, designs, software, game graphics, text and multimedia material — is the exclusive property of cvkk and its licensors.
- Reproducing, distributing or using any cvkk content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
- Prior permission must be obtained to use cvkk's name, logo or trademarks in any advertisement.
- Content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes provided the original source is credited.
Privacy and Responsible Gaming
9 Privacy and Data Protection

- Information collected at the time of registration is used solely for the purpose of providing services, verifying identity and maintaining security.

10 Responsible Gaming

- You can set deposit limits if you wish.

Account Management, Liability and Contact
11 Account Closure and Suspension
cvkk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Provision of false information or evidence of identity fraud.
- Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Evidence of involvement in financial crime or illegal activity.
- Extended inactivity (no login for 12 consecutive months).
In the event of account closure, cvkk will attempt to return the regular balance (excluding bonuses), unless forfeiture applies due to a breach of terms.
You can also request to close your account at any time through the support team.
12 Limitation of Liability
cvkk will not be held responsible in the following cases:
- If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
- If loss occurs due to issues with the user's own device or network.
- If third-party services (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are temporarily unavailable.
- If the service is unavailable due to unexpected technical errors or system maintenance.
- If financial loss occurs as a result of the user's own poor decisions or risky betting.
cvkk strives to ensure maximum service availability, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.
13 Changes to Terms
cvkk reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms at any time.
- For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notification on the platform.
- Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
- The date of the latest update will be mentioned at the top of this page.
